Just went into the store a few weeks ago to buy a pair of boots and upon checkout I encountered Michaela. She helped me learn how to use my Triangle Rewards account to its full potential. She knows everything about the triangle rewards system. Upon loading and swapping offers, I earned back more money than I thought I could on a regular purchase, like my boots!!! Now I want the mastercard so I can get even more cash back. Thank you so much Michaela!!!!!!!!!
Part of a good customer service is to always ask your customers if they have the Triangle Rewards points, no matter how much they purchased. It should come as a natural habit if you work here. It's your branding. Don't wait for the customers to ask if you honor it here.
Just wanted to shout out the staff at this location. I needed to purchase a bunch of snow gear today and the lady who assisted me was very patient and attentive. The footwear staff were great, and the cashiers pleasant. Good selection of clothing and the prices can't be beat.
I had an excellent experience at SportChek thanks to Ahmed. He went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of shoes, provided knowledgeable recommendations, and delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. Employees like him make a difference, he truly deserves recognition!
Guys in a shoes department was very helpful...5 stars..but girls at front cash was rude and miserable. Didn't answer my question when I ask one of them..1 star for front cash staff..unfortunately
I had a disappointing experience at the store today. The associate at the cash desk, Damica, was very unprofessional — no smile, no interaction, and seemed annoyed throughout the process, possibly because I was making a return. However, that should not be an excuse for poor customer service. As a customer, I’m entitled to make returns, and I expect to be treated with the same courtesy as anyone else.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they carry, I would recommend Sport Chek to anyone who is looking for any athletic or apparel.
