Very disappointed. As a first-time mom, I was shocked that they don’t provide any ultrasound prints because “they don’t have a printer.” For a ultrasound clinic , that’s unacceptable. Left with no pictures and no keepsake of my baby. Would not recommend to new moms.
Let’s put this way… i’m going to try not to sound too rude. I needed to get an xray done, i called around 10am to check what time the clinic accepts patients till since they close at 4:30. Receptionist said 3:45pm would be the latest to come for a check in, confirming, that if i leave my work 30 min earlier i would be there on time as the last check in. So at exactly 3:45pm im standing at registration and the receptionist now tells me it’s too late on friday, has a big line up and cannot accept anymore people. While acting professional i accepted their remark without arguing and trying to prove that the same lady has told me to come at 3:45 latest. So i wasted 30 min of my work time + drive there. Sad but just for that reason it’s a 1 star… next time, please be punctual, organized and efficient, and tell people inquiring that the clinic actually works for patients till 3:30pm….that might explain the review rating!
I walked in to have xray. Several people came after me but they get to go before me. I guess, they had online appointments. Now these days you have to make appointment, not like old time. I read a review about this place had rasisem, hope not, because I am Asian old man.
I attended there this past Wednesday. All three women working were extremely pleasant and helpful. Mary Ann made the x-ray process a warm and positive experience. Thank you, ladies!
Who ever gave bad needs to Watertown location..where no one there is kind and or friendly..it is small like a closet. Waiting time is unbelievable.so rymal road is a 20 out 10 front reception is amazing, kind, and helpful very short wait and the technician was as pleasant as the front desk. I will be going there forever. Highly recommend
I called their office and also wrote them a message but no one provided a response. I didn't want to write this review but I felt that I should share my experience so patients are not denied necessary medical work. Ultrasound technician (glasses, dirty blonde hair) refused to complete ultrasound for certain organs stating my doctor did not write in the reasons why the ultrasound was required on the requisition. My doctor had checked off the boxes for various organs on my requisition and I have never heard of ultrasound technician refusing to provide a service because the doctor did not write the reasons on the requisition. I explained to her that I wanted to get all of them done that day since I came in for the appointment, and I felt compelled to disclose my family history of cancer. It was difficult to deal with because I sensed that she was frustrated that I was asking for it when she already told me no. It was strange that she wouldn't provide the service for which I made the appointment for and she tried to justify it by stating she thought I had a full bladder but she did not offer me to empty it again. I did not end up receiving the proper care that my doctor had recommended. Cancer needs to be found early and I felt that she was preventing me from getting the proper care. This is medically negligent for ultrasound technicians to be determining whether someone gets ultrasound or not. I hope that this doesn't happen to me again and other patients attending these clinics.
First time I have ever done a online review. Have been trying to book an appointment for 4 days. Left messages, hung up on twice when on hold, told to call the booking center - booking center told me to call Rymal location, Rymal location told me to call booking center.......repeat...... Called a total of 6 times. CANT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! I give up. I wish there was a "0" rating I could give.
