Great doctor, takes time to listen to concerns. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. It’s our favourite walk-in clinic, we only wish that it was open more often / longer hours.
Been here twice*, first time I was seen quickly however what was prescribed was not effective and had to go to a different clinic a couple days later to have it resolved. The second time I tried to go here… arrived just after 9am based on hours posted online and on the door, I waited until 9:20 am and there was still no one to be seen, lights off, no signs of a vacation notice, the phone number posted went to a non-active voicemail. Will not return based on this unprofessional experience.
This walk in clinic is wonderful. The offices and space are clean, the staff are friendly and quick. The doctors are very pleasant and very thorough. They listen which to me is very important.
it’s not my first time to be in this clinic but Today is very disappointing! I booked for 4:30pm appointment( after my work) bcoz my toddler has been coughing a lot and we run out of puffer! (i specifically said this as for appointment purposes) I got at the clinic at 4:35 and they refused to see my daughter because Im 5mins late! Knowing they are open till 5pm and no one is waiting to see the doctor!
Horrible experience! We booked a 430 apt for our 2 year old to get a puffer today. We arrived at 4:35 and they refused to see us! My wife got off work early to make this apt! And your clinic is open till 5 with nobody else waiting!
Have never used a walk in clinic before so didn’t know what to expect. Have to say it was a pleasant experience, from start to finish. 10 minute wait time, friendly staff. Doctor was pleasant and thorough and took the time after my exam to go over my meds list. Left feeling my mission was accomplished.
My young family and I have visited this clinic numerous times in the past 5 years whenever we have not been able to visit our general doctor. They have always been very thorough, friendly and quick. Couldn't ask for a better walk-in in Waterdown!
