Super long wait times, was told it would be 40/45 minutes and they took 2+ hours and the doctor kept walking past us even though we had been waiting in the room for over 30 minutes. They have no care for their patients and very rude towards them as well. Better off going somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money here!
Surprised at the rating for this clinic until I read the negative reviews and realized almost all of them were ridiculous. I’ve seen Dr. Cutbush on multiple occasions now and recently Dr. Singh. They are both very efficient, kind, knowledgeable doctors, as are all the staff I’ve encountered at the clinic.
I went to the clinic at 1:10 PM I left the clinic at 3:15 PM just for a doctors note. Staff were talking to each other and not coming in and checking in with On their patients, After waiting more than two hours the doctor finally came’s in to see me, Just to let me know that she can’t give me the doctors note because she didn’t see me that day. I waited More than two hours just for her to tell me she will not be giving me a doctors note. They are so rude and dismissive, I am never going back to that clinic again and I suggest you do the same.
I got to the clinic at 6:45 pm on Jul 2 after confirming they were still open online and the signage at the door read "Open." However, the receptionist refused to attend to me claiming they were closed since 6:30 pm. There was no place this information was made public whether in their office or online. This was also strange because this was not the first time I came to the clinic at about that time in the past and I was assured that as long as you stepped in through the doors before 7pm, you will be attended to. The receptionist kept asking why I was just coming and I explained I had a 1-month old baby and I just got the opportunity to come to the clinic. I was treated so badly, she kept telling me to go to Urgent Care without even asking the reason why I came to the clinic. I thought explaining the case to the doctor will get me some consideration but, he showed no compassion. I kept explaining that I needed help and since I came in while they were still open, they should attend to me. One of the people waiting sympathized with me and spoke to the receptionist to give me his slot but, she blatantly refused. It felt like she was prejudiced against me for no reason. My husband had to come and try appeal to her but she refused. The receptionist called the police on me! She threatened to, she did and they came. I was told they had the right to decide not to attend to me because they're a private establishment. Whether they're are private establishment or not, a clinic should be run with compassion and not send people who need help away within their publicly displayed business hours for any reason whatsoever.
Not super happy with my visit. When I got my TB injection the Dr didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves before giving me my injection. When I went back to get it read I was in an exam room and a patient came in to drop off their urine sample while I waited to see the Dr. I had no problem paying $40 for them to give me the TB injection but for them to charge me another $40 for them to read my results, think is absurd. I will not be coming back to this clinic in the future.
Honestly it’s a walk in clinic it’s busy… I find them steady it does the job the best part when you deal with doctor and you have a prescription the pharmacy next door is a +++ make it worth going there Yes I would go back it’s convenient and took care of my medical issue
Maybe this clinic should review what information it posts online. This day and age the vast majority of people look online for their information. This clinic does not operate during the hours they indicate online. Very frustrating when you need to find a clinic and have to drive halfway across the city just to discover they are closed when they have indicated they are open.
