Sad to see all the negative reviews. My family and I have been coming here for years, and they’ve always taken great care of us. The staff are kind, helpful, and quick to assist. Honestly, it’s much easier to get what I need here than to see my family doctor—I come here more often than I go there!
October 20 2025, 9AM, the female doctor shows no education, no modals, no respect, so rude, impolite. I was trying to explain my pain but she was in a rush, not even a minute with me. Maybe I will not use this clinic anymore.
For my experience.. Don't go early morning!! On website says open 9 am right? Yes but doctor will arrive one hour later... For my good experience Never goo there at the morning. Even if you have appointment!!!!
Dr. Luay Ali Al Kazely. From the moment I walked in, he seemed rushed, impatient, and completely uninterested in actually i dont come back there again...
Very very poor and hostile approach by the doctor.. not willing to understand and diagnose the clients situation ....just ask to go for blood work and that's it.
The evening reception is very unprofessional and rude. Also very condescending avoid this clinic unless you want to be treated poorly….completely unacceptable
The entire team at Nebo Medical is so helpful and kind. Dr. Al-Kazely has been our family doctor for over 5 years and recently when our 7 month old daughter was sick he was so helpful and seeing her twice in one week allowed us to avoid the ER. The pharmacy staff are also very informative and helpful.
