Great experience today, lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly, she explained to me how the reward offers worked and how I could save even more by signing up my email address. Will definitely return.
I went in to the store to buy meatloaf and I only got one because it is expensive at the store, as soon as I got home a coupon came out in my email about $7 off with. $30. I have done this plenty of times before getting two meatloafs and cream puffs would have been $35 so I would have gotten the $7 off, I. Called the store and asked if I bought a second meatloaf with the receipt in hand could I get the $7 off my purchase, they said I could only use one one offer, I have gone in got two meatloafs with my offer and cream puffs got my $7 off, so why is it that we cannot get it now, one worker doing one thing and the others don’t. Rediculous!!
Their selection is ok, but their prices just aren't realistic anymore. $20 for 8 frozen Octoberfest sausages is ridiculous when you can get a 4-pack of fresh sausages anywhere else for $6.00 They need to adjust their pricing or continue to suffer from lack of customers.
I didn't get them here (Rexall carried them) but it's still M&M brand and the Fall off the bone ribs are the best heat to eat ribs I've tried So much meat, and the BBQ, OMG.
Overall, MM food market has been great for those party foods. However, my issue is that when they take your email at the store and send you marketing information I have unsubscribed from these emails every time they have come through for the last two months and still they are coming through. Don’t give them your email address it’s not necessary. I have now blocked their emails and reported it as spam.
This is a terrible place to shop. It is a franchise and the owner doesn't care about service. I took back a box of chicken strips that was obviously damaged and they refused to do anything about it. In order for them to consider a replacement I had to have a receipt and take it to the store I bought it from - even though it is clearly an M&M product and the warranty on the box says just to return it. When I contacted the corporate office I was told that this should not have happened and they should have replaced the box without question. Took it to another store and the box was replaced without question. DO NOT shop at this store. They will NOT honour the M&M guarantee.
M&M has been my go to when I need quick already made meals. They taste homemade and the staff is always willing to assist! would definitely recommend!! Diana
