My laptop battery needed to be replaced, and I needed one asap as I’m a student and rely on my laptop for school. I called up Wintronic, and they ordered me a battery right away. When I went in the store to get it replaced, I asked how long it would take as I needed to go to work, they paused what they were doing and replaced my battery right away. I was even given a discount for the service as I was a student! I really recommend this place as they truly care about their customers. Thanks again Wintronic! Also, shout out to the staff, they are great and very nice to talk to!!

Terrible service and scammers be aware!!!They tried to log in my computer multiple times before it locked them out. Saw it when I took the computer back to my house also lied about what was wrong with the computer. Not a good way to do business
Cancelled my laptop I ordered due to stock even though it was listed as in stock when I placed the order. Now I won't be able to find a suitable alternative in time before I move.
.got my pc built here, only to have it get its motherboard fried just to return it back the next day, and i have windows thats barely installed called the windows 10 company told me i can't renew it due to the version that was given, and also now bringing it because my GPU is ruined (:
