i just bought a brand new tcl 503 today and it wont make calls

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable fella at this shop. Customer service is amazing and thoughtful. He even advised me to consider if I wanted to invest in bringing the old laptop back from the dead...but I still did...and it is doing exactly what I want for hundreds less than a new machine with less specs.
Went above and beyond to finish/fix my son's computer. Good price. Stopped from being 5 stars for the extended timeline (they're busy.) I'd definitely take electronics there again.
Great guy. Very friendly and helpful. Both times I went there he hooked me up with hard to find cables that even Canada computers don't carry and his prices were great
Wow! I called first because I didn't think that I had a repair issue. I believed it was just more of a User (me) issue. The Gentleman was perfect. He said 'bring it in and we will figure it out' . Perfect! just what I wanted to hear. Showed up at the store. Told Him I Wasn't that computer literate. And he kindly and patiently troubleshot and fixed my challenge. I bought a small attachment. I asked him if he charged me for his time and for showing me about my own computer. He said 'no. But, If you could write a review that would be great'. Well Sir. Thank You!
