These guys are so helpful and friendly, very thoughtful and followed up with me after doing a diagnostic and quick repair, pricing is very reasonable, will definitely come visit again next time when I need their services.

I have been to this location twice and the customer service here is superb. Knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, they will work with you to help you with your computer needs. I believe the first time was due to an issue with my laptop, the staff understood my situation and where so amazing with accommodating me. The second time was to put my computer together, which they managed to do within 2 days. I wish I got the names of the staff who helped me, they deserve a shout-out. This location is exceptional.
Really fantastic first class service! I walked in requesting way more service than I needed and Josh and Kyle streamlined what was actually required so I didn’t have to pay for what I didn’t need. Fast, reasonable and really awesome guys!
Service was over and above. The guys here are extremely nice and make you feel extremely welcome. They fixed my wifi for a fraction of the cost of other shops. They also found other issues that I was unaware of, and offered services. Overall I am very pleased, and will definitely be coming back for all my computer needs.
On Nov. 19th I brought my computer in as I was having trouble with it I talked to a young man at the counter and he adjusted things on it for me I asked him what I owed and he said whatever I thought.. I had planned on leaving the computer and only had $9.00 on me which I gave him - the gentleman who accepted it said "it's more than enough" These people in my estimation are the very best as I was embarassed to have only $9.00 on me and they made me feel so comfortable - Best Customer Service ever
I bought my laptop from them when I graduated high school and they are still my saviours. I have been taking my laptop back to them if I have any sort of problem or question- they are incredibly helpful and are really affordable! I don't know anything about computers and they install or explain anything to make it easier for me and never try to rip me off.
