Absolutely phenomenal and professional service. Picked up a great refurbished system for $150, with a 4th gen i7 and initially 4GB DDR3 RAM. This kind gentleman threw in an extra 4GB, FOR FREE, putting a smile on my face. I asked for something that would make a good budget gaming platform with a GPU upgrade, and after installing my 1050Ti in it, it is a solid sleeper budget gaming PC. Thank you so much!
Don't bring your computer here if it has a hard to spot motherboard issue. They used a 120W power supply to run tests on a gaming laptop- I think everyone who has a gaming laptop these days know that a gaming laptop runs on a higher power than that. How are you gonna find the problem with the PC running underpowered while the problem only occurs at peak power? Also, they did not even bother checking the ICs that regulate power to the Graphics card. That should be the first stop if you can't find the problem easily. How hard is it to use a multimeter? They did not find out what was wrong with the graphics card and charged me 70 dollars. Huge scam. $70 for nothing done. I'd recommend everyone who has huge problems with your device to go to the Starsparks store, which is one block from this one, at least the Starsparks will not charge you anything if they cannot repair it if the problem is too difficult to deal with.
Came in for a case swipe a which was a 1 hour job that I ended up doing by myself from watching YouTube they asked for $180. I would not recommend there are better shops out there

I needed my computer fixed immediately and they retro fitted a new power supply and had me back up and running in just over an hour. Great service, great guys, very knowledgeable.
I had a really great experience here. The service was professional and kind. The man who helped me let me try the laptop charger I needed before I bought it, and let me sit there for a few minutes to ensure my computer was holding the charge. Little things like that are much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this business for any technology related needs
