I thought I was a computer expert and used the wrong thermal paste and it dropped into my cpu pins these guys are miracle workers comp has been running like an absolute legend since then massive “w” thanks gentlemen!

I stumbled into this building sight unseen, in search of a couple ethernet cables that were longer than I could easily find. I sat and waited while cat6 cable was cut, stripped and had ethernet jacks crimped onto it, while I overheard other customers receive quality customer service from an obvious expert. I had no idea this place was here before looking up "computer store" but I'm very glad I do now.
It was your store. I took my grandson's tablet. Asked if it was worth it to fix it. Was told yes. Left it with them went back he said it will work, butvyiu have to shutvitbon and off all the time. Didn't work. Don't think he did anything charged me $100.
Absolutely phenomenal! Had an issue with liquid damage on my PC causing graphics card to fail; called 3 other places who all told me it would be 3-4 business days for them to look at it + a $50 diagnostic fee plus whatever else was needed. Called here and they saw me same-day with a free diagnostic, then also managed to repair my issue with only a small cleaning fee rather than me needing to buy a new GPU as I had expected. Will definitely use PC Werx for all my future PC needs.
This store placed an ad on kijiji it said they fixed all apple products makes and models and fix all iphone screens , I called in today and was rudely informed that they dont do phones in a very unprofessional manner. If you dont provide a service you shouldnt be advertising it , lol this is the stuff people go to court over ! Misleading and false advertising is against the law in ontario look it up..... I wouldnt have had to write a review of the gentleman had just informed me professionally.
my old computer was running windows 10. Microsoft made sure with their corporate greed that millions of us will have to buy a new computer. I brought both computers, old and you too PC WERX.
