Took my pre build gaming PC in To get looked at for not having video input, I got told it was the Motherboard And that they would contact their suppliers Unfortunately, they did not have my motherboard in stock. Then they took it to another shop in Burlington And they diagnosed that it was the ram. Ram was replaced in PC ran fine however here’s where the problem is I had originally 32 GB of RAM And they replaced it With 16 GB of RAM Without letting me know I only knew when I looked at the original Box my pre build PC came in… I would also like to add Not a single call was made from them to me throughout the entire process of my pc being looked at. From my understanding, it’s a two man shop and they out on business calls quite frequently. I accidentally gave them The incorrect email for the first week but they had my email for at least two weeks after And not one email was sent Until the receipt was ready. From a customer bringing in A PC I would personally not recommend, Cannot say what they do for business calls, however since they were out quite frequently.
Mike sets a very high standard for technical support - he was quick to answer our request for service, extremely competent and efficient, as well as polite, flexible and responsive to our particular needs. We will definitely call on him in future and have already recommended him to others.

Resolved issue with laptop trackpad not working, sound not working and computer locking up during routine web browsing. Technician checked in prior to closing the job to provide a summary of work performed. Work was completed within one business day at a reasonable cost.
Sajeel came to help with my computer being offline in the office today. He fit me in between appointments which was great. Quick and precise and got things working within 10 minutes. Very courteous. Helped me learn what the cables were for and why the problem was happening. Replaced the cable with a new one. Excellent service, I would recommend to anyone.
