If you want to choose between surrendering your device or paying more than its entire value to get it back, then this is the place for you. I dropped off an HP printer to get fixed and received 0 communication about the cause of the problem or the cost to fix it. Suddenly we were contacted about the $690 due in order to receive the printer back. When confronted professionally, the owner yelled at my husband and called me dumb. However, there was absolutely no consent given to go ahead with the repair after the diagnosis. Since we obviously won’t be paying the price he is trying to charge us, we are now out a printer entirely. I highly recommend you DON’T go here unless you want to get scammed like us.
Terrible experience first was told repair could be done in a certain time frame then charged a premium and the time frame still wasn’t met. Then after multiple attempts the repair actually damaged something essentially making the item useless and had to be replaced STRONGLY recommend staying clear of this SCAMMER!
Worst experience of my life laptop was returned with damage screen does not evin fit right see spots on screen every time you move it!! And charged me 400 more then he originally quoted when I returned wanting it to repaired nothing was done Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
My Lenovo laptop stopped charging just after my two year warranty expired. Rather than buy a new laptop, I decided to take it to Cornerstone where they were able to fix the device. 30 day warranty means I can take it home and make sure everything worked correctly
The guy is knowledgeable, reliable and proficient in his work. He fixed our computer in economical way. His after repair service is commendable. had certain issues in understanding the working after repairs, he was patient and listened and solved the issue.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. My usual phone repair guy was busy so I decided to take my phone to this place for a repair. First, it took way too long to get the phone fixed. Second, it is extremely expensive. I paid almost $400 for a phone repair. I could have bought a brand new phone! Third, it was never communicated how much the repair was going to cost before the phone was repaired. Fourth, a very unprofessional place. When I got the phone back, the guy lost my SIM card. He was offering me a random SIM card 'for free' but what am I going to do with a random SIM card? I had to order a new SIM card from my phone carrier and I was charged $10 for it. Also, my phone was missing the mesh from the speaker and screws at the bottom of the phone. And I I had to go back and get my case back from him because he forgot to give it back. This was the worst experience of fixing a phone for me so far and I have fixed my phones a few times before. I take no pleasure in leaving this review but this is my experience. I have not included any names or feelings, just the facts. ADDITION: I see that this place is still scamming people. Many of the stories are similar to my experience. This guy seems unhinged calling people liars and telling them to go back to their countries....this is totally unprofessional. I was hoping that the service has improved, but in 4 years nothing has changed.
I broke my S4 screen and took it to cornerstone computer. I got a good service starting from the best price for the new screen because I've shopped round for my phone screen on kijiji that's how i know the price i got from conerstone is the best. Also, i got my phone back at the exact time they promised and its working perfectly well just like brand new. ....thumbs up to cornerstone computer
