I am so impressed with the results from Super Steam yesterday! The carpets look far better than I expected. The two young men arrived exactly on time and were very friendly and efficient. The pride in their work was clearly evident. I highly recommend Super Steam Carpet Cleaning!
The gentleman that came to my home was very prompt and very organized. I was very skeptical at the beginning cause i have hired people before and they did a horrible job. super steam gentleman did an amazing job on my carpet. My carpet went from dark grey to the lightest grey possible. They also steam cleaned my couches for me which was great.. However the only issue I had was the drying time. They came at 4pm on Monday July 31/2023 and I was told drying time is 10 hours. Today is Tuesday Aug 1/2023 at approximately 6:22pm now as I am writing this and my carpets are a still bit damp. 2nd of all the lady on the phone quoted me one price and when the gentleman got there it was a different price. Maybe for future reference the customer service that are booking calls should tell the customer when the guys get there they can quote you a price because they have to see the area that they are cleaning. But over all and other than that I was very ?? pleased and would recommend? and use there service again. thank you Mrs Blake
Hassan did an amazing job with our carpets . Instant results and iam writing this review the next morning (almost 12hrs + ) . My carpets look brighter & smell soo fresh . Even though some stains have remained as the word given by this company that not all stains will be removed . Iam glad they stand by it and not convince you with false advertisements. 100% satisfied , will recommend to all .
Amazing and professional team! They made sure we were satisfied and re-cleaned the patch which we thought needed some more cleaning. Hats off ?? will use them again.
We just finished a home renovation and were in desperate need of duct cleaning before our new AC was installed. When we found out the AC installation was bumped up so we called Supersteam to reschedule and they were able to come the next day! I was nervous because we had plans and left a friend at our house to be present and pay while we were gone. Came back and the ducts were spotless. Decent price and great end result! Would definitely recommend!
