We recently moved into a new home and had originally book a larger franchised carpet cleaning service months in advance, and even called to confirm the appointment closer to the date. The day came and went and when we called to inquire they said "they had no record of the appointment", despite confirming it with us. So, in a pickle of a jam we called Adams Carpet Cleaning based on their excellent reviews. Ken responded to our urgent request quickly and empathetically, squeezing us into an already busy day. Ken and his colleague were highly organized, professional and responded quickly to our service request. Thankfully the carpets cleaned. dried, and ready before the moving truck arrived. Adam’s cleaning was amazing. Ken was able to remove some difficult stains. I am so thankful because we are not ready to remove our carpet. He was on time and very tidy as well. We hope to have him back to clean some furniture and area carpets.
Had Adam come out to Shampoo my high traffic areas and the arms of a couple chairs. The chairs were a particular concern for me. Everything came out great. He was able to bring life back to my living room chairs. Would definitely recommend his service and will contact him again for future needs. Also of note was how well he was able to work with my very busy schedule. He came out on a holiday! Customer Service was only outdone by the great work!!! Thanks Adam!
I hired Adam's Carpet cleaning services to clean and refresh my carpets on the upper level of my house . 4 bedrooms, hallways, stairs and loft area They did a great job and was very happy with the quality of work -:) I will definitely be asking them to come back when it needs to be done again. They also provided a Scotchguard service which was amazing .
2025 April: We scheduled Ken to come and freshen up two guest bedrooms and a few high traffic areas in two other rooms. Great job cleaning our light coloured carpets that now look and feel new. After a lot of scrubbing and steaming Ken applied a Scotch Guard to keep them fresh longer. The house was left clean after all the work which is all part of the professionalism you receive when you book with Adams Carpet Care. 2023: We needed a shaggy hand woven rug in our living room cleaned after one of our sick pets caused a large stain. It was hard to imagine if it was possible to get it back to new. After a quick review with Ken (owner operator), we sent a photo and he was confident he could get it cleaned. We made an appointment and he arrived as scheduled and went to work cleaning using different liquid mixtures and machines to target the direct stain. Then he and his assistant cleaned the entire rug, disinfected it and applied a scotch guard for future protection. The rug looks like new and smells very fresh. We are very happy we knew about Ken’s business and the work he did for others. We got to experience the professionalism and appreciate the value he delivers in his services first hand. Definitely a strong recommendation for any one needing advice and a great cleaning.
Service and communication was great. Quick and efficient service (single room carpet clean). Both rep’s were professional and it is evident that Ken is very customer service oriented. Will be calling Adams Carpet Care again when this service is needed!!
