Recently used their services and they did an amazing job! They completely transformed our couches and carpet. They removed all the dog hair, drool marks, food stains, and even marker spots. Everything looks like new again! The whole job was done in about 2 hours, the cleaning products weren’t harsh, and they were safe for our pets and child. Super professional, on time, quick, and friendly service. We’d highly recommend them definitely a 5-star experience!
Both Kyle and April showed up within the alloted time and did a beautiful job cleaning our futon and taking the stains out of our lazy boy chair. Both were very efficient and cleaned up what little mess they left. Carefully explained the drying process and post vacuuming procedure. We have been using this company for about 10 years (every spring and fall), and we were always very happy, and impressed with the speed and end results! But unfortunately the last 2 times we have been left disappointed! Instead of the usual 2-4 hours for complete drying, it took 2 days with us having to set up fans all over the house! I mean our carpets were left soaked, and the little carpet protectors were not used under the legs of our furniture (ie. Tables) as per usual in the past, and rust marks were left as a result. ((Update)) Aug.12 2019: We gave Crystal Clean another go, and I'm pleased to say that we had much better results this time!! They spent a bit more time on the deeper stains as per my request, and then explained that these areas would require more time to dry and suggested that we set up fans if possible to help it along. I recieved a phone call a few days later regarding my earlier review from the Owner Mike, who apologized for our family's past experiences, thanked us for our business, assured me of a deal on my next cleaning, and asked that I contact him if we ever have any concerns in the future so that he could make it right.
