The area rug came back with areas of stain that were not removed and 1 section still quite dirty. It was also full of ripples. I sent it for cleaning to have the stains removed and to not have to ripple. I assumed it wound not be air dried. This is the reason I did not carpet clean myself — I have spot cleaned and ended up steam cleaning it and drying with a towel to avoid said ripples. The proce was a bargain however I don’t think I will return.
Haven't needed their services, but an older gentleman driving one of their vans stopped me on my walk and told me that I have a beautiful dog ?. 10/10

I called Aberdeen Carpet Cleaning after a friend told me they were the best in the area. My first experience with this company today gave confirmation to that claim. Additionally, the price quoted and the wait time for an appointment were both very reasonable. Kiern arrived promptly, pleasantly introduced himself and set about the task of cleaning all of my main floor, light oatmeal coloured carpeting as well as doing the upholstery on my chesterfield and love seat. He did the job with a sense of humour and was very congenial. I was immediately impressed that he provided an explanation of the carpet cleaning process ... wet down, pre scrub, steam clean . . along with the combination of cleaning products that went into the cleaning mix. Kiern's professional efforts were amazing; given the age of the carpeting ( more than 20 years old) and it's need for a thorough cleaning the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Kiern was very thorough and persisted with more difficult spots to get the best possible result. It is worthy to note that Kiern also was safety conscious, reminding me that stepping from the wet carpet onto ceramic tiles needed caution. Without hesitation he moved smaller mats to the edge of the wet area to prevent slipping on the tiled area. I most definitely recommend Aberdeen Carpet Cleaning. You will not be disappointed with the results or the excellent service provided. Thank you, Kiern, on a most efficient and well done job. I am delighted.
I have had Kieran at Aberdeen Carpet Cleaning to my house a few times over the years to do carpet and upholstery cleaning. He is the most conscientious cleaner I know. He's very experienced and knows this business, inside and out. Always does a thorough job, charges a very fair rate....and is a pleasure to deal with....he makes sure you're satisfied before he leaves. I wouldn't call anyone else. His wife Cyndi is wonderful too, she recently arranged for Kieran to come out quickly when I'd spilled something. That was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend Aberdeen.
