A lovely establishment that has a pretty succinct process. This place is frequented by all the hard working guys ‘in the know’. You get delicious value for very economic pricing. If you love the good warm sandwiches, this is the place . The food is fresh and delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful and efficient.
Amazing delicious meatball subs!!! They have been making this sandwich sub for years I am sure and they have perfected every part of it. The bun fresh baked daily and perfect, cheese, homemade meatballs and sauce. The best meatball subs ever under $10 crazy good. Service is friendly and fast what a great spot. Make sure to grab a loaf of bread for later awesome bread.
We had Genuine catering for our Moms Celebration of a Life Well Lived, The food was delicious, delivered hot & on time. Everyone complimented it andthere was more then enough. Thank You for such great service.

Passed many times over the years, and sadly first came in during pandemic which was disappointing. So today walking home, Hubby and I went in on a whim, A whole new world indeed, hot food, breads galore. We had to grad a meatball sub which is absolutely amazing as well as the veal and a personal pizza cost for all was $22. Th meatball sub was huge a sharer for sure or fore a dinner and lunch. Hubby said his veal was really good too. Some had the pizza which is an perfect as he is picky and hates saucy pizza. Can't wait to go back. The staff was so genuine,no pun intended. Gave me the meatball recommendation and spot on. Love finding local gems, this is a rare find!
The best chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had hands down, it melts in your mouth! My family loves Genuine and has been ordering here for years for any event or gathering, it’s our go to! The food is amazing hot or reheated as leftovers the next day
A family member lost her husband yesterday and in lieu of flowers, I wanted to have some meals delivered to her instead. Sandy at Genuine was a huge help - putting together my delivery order and when I told her the reason I was sending food, she so graciously offered to go to the store herself to get a sympathy card to send along with my delivery.
