Decent selection of clothes at decent prices but reviews about crabby man sorting clothes at the front are very true. Someone needs to get him a cubicle to shield us all from his bad attitude.
This store, as many have said, is a huge waste of time and energy. Called ahead to ask if they're buying clothes, they said yes. Brought in a huge garbage bag full of clothes, specifically the items mentioned on the phone that they were looking for (clothes are heavy). When I got there, they didn't even look through all my items, and the garbage bag was left ripped apart on the floor with half of the clothes hanging out. They offered me 2 dollars for one item. I was left to try to fit everything back in a torn bag, they stood there and didn't offer help or apologize for the ransacking of the bag. I had to juggle it back to my car. So frustrating how they didn't even care to look at all my stuff, which was a lot nicer than the crap they had on their racks. I brought guess, nhl, and other brand name clothes. Don't waste your time here.

A very pleasant shopping experience. All the clothes and shoes are laid out very neatly and not overcrowded. Nice music playing while you shop. Good customer service!
I called ahead of time to make sure they were still buying items. The girl on the phone said yes and so I came here from an hour away. They told me after 10 minutes my items were done (I brought to large boxes). They said they were not keeping anything. I also over heard them say they weren’t keeping anything to the lady who came after me with 4 big bags. When I checked my boxes, the items were not looked through at all. Would not recommend as this is a waste of time.
Use to bring my sister here who was going through chemo. Always found nice clothing for her. Now the racks look like worn clothing and mostly teenage stuff. Brought in Banana Republic clothing and didn’t want it. All in excellent condition clean and pressed. Looked so much better than the clothing on their racks. Not worth my drive anymore.
What the hell happened to this place I thought all of the one-star reviews were a bit dramatic (I had to Google the address before I came and was shocked at the reviews) - but they are all accurate to my experience today. I have sold to Style Encore twice I believe in the past and both times were excellent. Great service, they always purchased over half my bag, it was awesome, so I was excited to return. One of the first things I noticed is that they have eliminated their text message alerts to clients. Why would you take away an efficient way to contact customers once their clothing has been looked at? Guy behind the counter just tells me to fill out a long paper (why do you need my address and postal code to buy my clothing btw?) and that I should come back in 6 HOURS. This is on a Wednesday afternoon mind you. Returned back and he bought none of my clothes due to “lack of style”. I’m bringing in the same brands I’ve brought in twice before, PLUS larger sizes (L-XL, 16-18 which they are SEVERELY lacking on the floor) but that’s fine. Speaking of this guy, new management…? Super grumpy. Look, I get it, you seem swamped and there’s only you and one other man working, but you work in a customer service based job. Also really don’t wanna make a bad judgment call here but where are all the women employees? I feel like it’s harder to receive a judgment call on clothing styles from a man running an all ladies clothing store? Women would understand women’s clothing styles on what is trendy, or what other women would actually buy. The styles on the floor have considerably downgraded. I don’t know what is going on but please pump some estrogen back into this place. Such a waste of a trip down, but so guess I’ve learned to not return. I’ll stick to Plato’s or other small businesses that know what they’re doing.
