I recently visited Reitmans at Limeridge and was disappointed with the level of customer service. I found the staff to be unaccommodating, and in particular, one employee’s behavior was not welcoming. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
I saw an ad online for a sale reitmans was having. I ordered several things. Reitmans being a Canadian company I thought would be reputable. I then got tracking info and apparently my order was being shipped from China. My only contact was a random email. A month later the tracking info showed delivered but it was not. So after a lot of complaining the random email claims they shipped another order. More tracking info. Now my order has disappeared and the tracking has stalled. Its very disappointing when a good company allows this to happen. I mean Temu is bad but this is unacceptable.
I don’t visit the mall very often because customer service is not what is needed. Fara works in Reitmans and she was wonderful. She helped me immediately and no one was to busy on their phones.
