If you need something here, don’t come on a Saturday. 3rd time coming, first was told by a staff “I’m going on my lunch break, come back in 20 minutes”. I guess there was no one else..? Combination of poor staffing and no desire to assist customers lead to a 20+ minute wait to talk to someone while other staff walk around and watch tv in the back.

The new Mack dealer ship beautiful place lots of parking for your trailer, had in me the door repair and out the door within an hour and I still made my delivery on time
Very dissatisfied with what’s supposed to be a Mack specialist took the whole day charged me over $2000 swapped parts just for the hell of it. I called another mechanic and he got my truck up and running in 4.5 hours. Stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off. Manager did nothing to help the situation. STAY A WAY OR YOU WILL PAY $$$$$$$????
