Have to say the negative reviews are not accurate. Had a truck break down air loss inna food basics parking lot called around and these folks were able to help me out and put my truck back on the road . Thanks David (service) and Rick (the tech)for your prompt response and service Will be sending my business your way from now on
Don't bother bringing any trucks here. The fence that goes around the yard is broken. People are breaking into the trucks in the nighttime. Brought a work truck there because it wasn't starting. Went to pick it up and asked what the mechanics had done. They said they tried to start it .. it worked so they did nothing. Charged me $700 for a crank and to let it sit in a unsecured lot.
The worst dealer service they layers they said trailer service greasing is for 40 $ then you find your invoice for 400$ or more under section we do complete check we do inspection we spend 3 hours for inspection but it all they want to steel your money any way simple the are thief's and crocks i will sell my 2017 international truck for 2 reason first worst truck in market to have second worst service you ever have specially hamilton branch
The whole parts team down at Altruck in Hamilton is absolutely phenomenal. They are always so helpful and energetic. The parts delivery driver Dave is an absolute gem and such an overall wholesome person. I go out of my way to use them rather than other companies that are closer due to their knowledge and helpfulness. Victoria, Matt, Bob, Tim, Nate - I can count on every single one of them.
Awful experience. Brought a truck there to rebuild an engine. After the engine was rebuilt it was stolen from their parking lot. The truck was found a few days later and still demanded full invoice price which was much more then estimate. I don't know if any parts were missing, damaged, or replaced. The total price was roughly 8k over what was estimated. The estimate included their parts. We supplied our own parts yet still way over the estimate price. The repair took longer than estimated. Lure you in with the estimate then inflate your invoice up with as many charges as they can. So after my truck was stolen and found, After they put a lein against us. I paid my inflated invoice. Sean the manager went out and pulled a fuse from my vehicle and would not let me leave until I signed some type of paper work. This was AFTER I paid them roughly 20 thousand. Just a horrible experience, I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicles to these guys. Besides the final price, apparently its acceptable to have a truck stolen from their property.
Parts person is very friendly went out of his way to look up what I needed and when he didn't have the part I needed he found another dealership that had it
Leased a brand new truck from these guys. The truck has issues since the day I got it. Took it there a couple of times they say it is fixed but I always get the truck back with the same issues. I took it to kichener location same thing. They are just wasting time
