We had an issue with a starter on a 2023 Western Star. It was Intermittent no start and a pain. Start one minute... next time no go. We took the unit to Hamilton and thought we would have to wait hours or DAYS (like our selling dealer would have told us in Ottawa). In less than an hour they brought the unit in as we were from out of town. Got right at it...found a rubbed wire at the rear of the engine and repaired it under warranty. Premier group tries hard to keep their customers happy. Very similar experience's with Premier Truck in Belleville. Thanks for the great professional fast service TEAM Hamilton.

Have been dealing with this Western Star dealer for many years. Great service and excellent staff. Peter Horn has always been very professional and a great source of knowledge.
Good deals on parts, clean and friendly atmosphere. New Management had changed the culture there and largely for the better. I was skeptical but now I'm a supporter and loyal client to Eastgate. Good guys there to help you with all your trucking needs from parts, service and sales.
These guys do decent work, however charge HUGE. They are not customer service oriented, and very condescending on the phone. 8 days to get an appointment gives me time to shop around.
