Came here a bit ago to get a drain and fill and Filter change on my Buick Roadmaster , Paid $400 , he DID change the fluid but after noticing some odd shifting behaviour i checked the fluid level after a bit of driving and seen it a few inches over the MAX Line for hot temperature , ended up having to remove about 2.5L of transmission fluid myself. I mean he did change the fluid it is new but if youre gonna charge me $400 for a ~1 hour procedure and saying you stand by your price because youre "professional" then actually be "professional" and dont overfill my transmission .
I called for an appt. to check my transmission fluid level and the guy said to call back the following week. I called again for an appt and was told to come in the next day. Upon arrival they denied having spoken to me on the phone or knowing anything about my vehicle. Then they wanted to test drive my vehicle without me in the car. I refused to let them drive my car without me present and I left. All I wanted was for them to check whether there was enough transmission oil in my car. Not my way of doing business, thank you.

We visited Ron's Transmission Service due to a potential issue with our truck's transmission. The technician who assisted us was very professional and insightful. He took the truck for a test drive and addressed all of our concerns. I will definitely return if I need any transmission work done in the future!
Called Ron to arrange for a transmission cooler for Jeep Wrangler. He recommended I stop by as he thought it might already have one. When I arrived he inspected and got under the vehicle to confirm it already had one. Knowledgeable, honest and a nice man to deal with.

Just called this place to get some history on a car they rebuilt a transmission on. They were very helpful and provided full history on what was done to the vehicle. Not many shops take the time to provide help when they don’t make money. Just based on this interaction I would visit these guys.
