These guys are amazing!! My vehicle’s clutch went on the way to work. Dropped it off. Justin and crew took it in right away, diagnosed the problem and called me same day with solutions. Professional, quick, affordable!! And great communication! I knew exactly what was wrong, why and what was done to fix it. I can not recommend this place hard enough!
Had a complete transmission rebuild and alternator service about 3 months ago and began experiencing some of the same problems again. Made contact with Justin who immediately took action getting the car in same day to assess the issue. Was kept up to date daily and informed that the new alternator was faulty. The 24 month warranty covered the replacement alternator/labour and we were given a warranty extension on the new part. Also conveniently had some other unrelated work done while at the shop. When we picked up the car we were reassured that should we have any other problems to come back again. The customer service demonstrated by Justin, Mike and other staff was excellent.
Brought my 2015 ford focus in here for a new dual clutch, amazing work, i couldnt believe how quickly they had it up and running, literally the next day after i dropped the car off it was ready to pickup. AAA+++ will definitely be reccomending friends and family to come here for any mechanical issues
Title: Dishonest Practices and Lack of Transparency - Avoid This Location I recently brought my car to this Mister Transmission location for a transmission fluid change, based on general recommendations for specialists. My experience was extremely negative due to their dishonest and unethical business practices. From the beginning, the staff used tactics to try and prevent me from staying at the shop while the service was being performed. They made multiple excuses, clearly attempting to ensure I wasn't present to observe their work. Fortunately, I insisted on staying. My suspicion was confirmed: they did not perform the service as discussed and agreed upon initially. They attempted to cut corners and were not transparent about the work they were actually doing versus what I was paying for. This location appears to prioritize deceiving customers over honest service. I strongly recommend avoiding this Mister Transmission. There are better, more trustworthy mechanics in Hamilton who value their customers.
Unless you want to get taken for almost $7,000 don't go here. They took our money then we had to go back numerous times cause there were still problems with the transmission. Finally went to another transmission shop and found out all the things that were done wrong. Had to pay almost $6,000 but at least someone else did it right. Wish we had read the reviews before taking it to this chump. We even called other Mr transmission shops and they also said that what he did was wrong.
Best Customer Service I have had in years from any shop was here with Greg. Went in and talked Greg, Show him the issues that Ford dealership told me I had, he said he would do it at a Better Price, and he Did and stuck to Price he gave me, no extra charges like other garages have done to me before. The car was fixed in the Time he said as well,(2 Days ) That was Awesome because we use car to take daughter with special needs to her programs, oh ya and he told me he warranties all there work for 1 year. I would like to Thank the Team at Mr. Transmission for being Professional and Understanding to my situation, Wife and Daughter are Happy Car Fixed .
Greg and his team did a great job with my van's new transmission. Very professional, great communication and customer service. My van sounds great and runs better than ever now.
