Very accommodating they were able to get me a trailer same day within 1 hour notice
The bad: (1) they don't answer their phones, (2) their web ordering system doesn't work (you get an appointment, but it's not a real appt), (3) they know their web system sucks, but don't fix it. I tried to confirm the appt in person and via the phone, but a huge queue and no answering of phones foiled my confirmation attempts. I re-checked my "confirmation" notice and it says I have an install time and date and there is nothing to indicate I need to be called to establish a real appt . The good: lots of other places for hitch installs around.
U call to book a hitch installation and I get there when u are told to be and only to find out they said no parts and no one to in stall it we drove from Kitchener to Hamilton to get it put on they ended up sending us to the U-Haul in Kitchener what a joke
I went to this store to purchase the "Travel/Luggage Box" advertised on the U-Haul website. When I arrived this location, I dealt with a young man who was clearly trying to channel his inner "Billy Bob" as he had cut the sleeves off the shirt of his work uniform. When I explained that I was looking for the "Travel/Luggage Box" he said he was surprised because he had never heard of such a thing. I mentioned that the product is on their website. I was informed, less than pleasantly, that the website is for "all of America, too". I then explained that the website stated that there were two of these boxes in stock at this location. Without a response, the young man just simply walked away. After looking for a minute longer on my own, I walked over to the desk where he was standing. He replied "there's nothing showing up on my system". Since the young man had just told me that he had never heard of the item I just asked for, I honestly doubt he "checked the system" because he wouldn't have know what to search for. Clearly customer service is lacking.
Cool guys working at this one. Always approachable and quick service. Although the wait times could be longer at times. Have rented from this location quite a few times and only have i not been able to get the truck that i wanted. Recommended.
