Booked van.....gave them business and in return got worst customer service. Guy was so rude that he almost wanted fist fight. ASKED FOR MANAGER ...WAS NOT PRESENT AND EMPLOYEE SAID YOU CAN COMPLAIN ..."I DONT GIVE A F..MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO US."My worst experience of renting at this place which run by bunch of teenagers.
Brother had a trailer hitch installed here, they snapped a factory bolt on the passenger side and didn't replace it, on the drivers side there were two bolts missing. Butchers at their finest.
Good service and huge selection of rentals. Staff went out of his way to diagnose why one blinker was not working and he fixed it. Can get propane fills too while waiting
Just a note to warn people that the computer system they use is designed to shortchange u on ur refunds. Carefully anylise ur invoices for discrepancies. I spent over an hour getting a resolution to a major discrepancy that had even the acting mgr on duty scratching his head. They Ended up calling tech support to override and do it manually.
We rented a motorcycle trailer from this location and it was the perfect trailer for the move! This trailer has a wheel chock for the front tire and a wide ramp to easily load the bike. Tie down loops also available. You can not go wrong for the price. Highly recommend this location and this trailer. Service was also a great experience and the staff quite knowledgeable. They even hooked up the trailer to my vehicle.
