Very friendly staff! The facility was very well maintained and well organized. The entire process was made easy by their staff. Highly recommend!
Facility is clean, security is excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this to anyone requiring storage and will use again if ever needed.
CAREFUL!!!! These people KEEP CHARGING until you catch them, then will only refund 2 months and claim that's the best they can offer!! I called to rectify the situation and the manager yelled at me then hung up the phone!!! I called back to get a number for someone more responsible (head office/ownership/etc) and they simply won't pick up the phone!!! Terrible terrible customer service, faulty product, mouse infested building, and "climate controlled" to damp.Going to resport to the BBB.
Excellent indoor storage facility. All lockers kept in very good condition, friendly helpful staff. Climate controlled. Very secure. Definitely recommend.
