I love to support the many amazing businesses on Ottawa Street and am so bummed it took me so long to get over to The Wax Lounge! I contacted Raine hoping to get a Brazilian and lower leg wax and she was able to get me in THAT day, because someone cancelled and she notified me right away of the opening. I was a bit nervous for my Brazilian as it was my first in a couple of years, but Jenn was AMAZING. I tend to ask a lot of questions about the processes people use and Jenn took the time to explain everything to me in detail and was so professional and fun to talk to. I have now gotten all of my waxing done at TWL for the past 6 months and will do so as long as they are around (forever!)
I've been going to The Wax Lounge for years. I've even converted all my girlfriends over to The Wax Lounge. Her pedicure is out of this world, same with her massage services - and of course the waxing! I moved to Calgary a few years ago but I still come in to see Raine every visit back to Hamilton!!
My experience at the wax lounge has been amazing every single time, Raine has helped me take better care of my skin. Even after moving across the country, I always make sure to pre-book a service when I come home to visit. From Brazilian waxes to body massages to facials, the services that I've gotten done were simply perfect and so relaxing. Thank you for taking good care of me Raine :)
I'm very happy I found this place that I happen to live so close to!Jenn was amazing and made me feel very comfortable with the whole waxing process. She was attentive and explained everything as she was doing it. I also recieved the spa pedicure which almost put me to sleep, very relaxing and highly recommended!! Thank you jenn for an amazing experience I'll definitely be a returning customer and recommend you to all my friends and family
The only place I recommend people to go for their beauty needs. I had my brows done by Raine and she is amazing!! I also get all my waxing services done here. Its worth the drive to Hamilton for great service and results!!
