Best Christmas Gift Certificate I ever got! Just returned home from LubaMera where I had a 2 1/2 hour Velvet Regeneration package and my daughter had a 1 hour RMT massage for her birthday ! For me ... head to toes pampering, de-stressing and regenerarting and layers of old skin renewed! Facial was awesome!I shared with staff that what I experienced was like a 'spiritual journey' as I experienced some emotional and physical blockages lift. I did not realize how much stress my body was holding onto till i experienced how relaxed and peaceful I felt while having all that this package offered. Kim is very gifted in what she does and I did not feel anxious about any part of the treatment.The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming ... Staff is very friendly, courteous, patient and willing to listen to my needs. I will return and try different services.
My sister gave me a $50 gift certificate for the spa. The only thing I was able to do was a manicure shellac, and I still had to pay on top of that. The lady was running late so I had to wait. She kept telling me that I cant have short nails because she needs to seal the shellac. Never in my 10 years of getting my nails done with shellac have I been told that. The manicure was done horribly, the shellac was on my skin and the filing of my nails was absolutely atrocious. So now before my vacation I have to go and get my nails fixed somewhere else. Even with a gift certificate I would never go back. Service was great and for that I gave 2 stars, but I had to pay before getting my nails done. I would rather go to the cheaper place where they actually know how to do the job. Very disappointed.
Very welcoming and relaxing. Went with my boyfriend and even he felt welcome. Staff was incredibly friendly and everything was clean and organized. Will be going back.
I was at LubaMera Spa today and it was just wonderful! Karen did my shellac manicure and I am so very happy with how it turned out. The staff at LubaMera Spa are so polite! I am definitely coming back again!
