Staff are always friendly and pretty knowledgeable, Good size selection of foods & Fantastic prices on Bully sticks, If they don't have what your looking for they are always very willing to help get you the product you need or tell you when it will be back is stock.
The store looks a little old, and I saw some dead fish in some of their tanks. The products have a nice variety to them, the staff are quite friendly and helpful,

This store used to be so well run! They have recently changed most of their staff and it was a mistake. They are always talking to each other and ignoring customers. I havent been able to buy my regular dog OR cat food here in weeks. Its not an obscure food, its ACANA. Ordering issues happen, I understand... but not every week. The young man that Ive spoken to multiple times now about the food not being there is unapologetic. I spend a good deal of money here or rather, I used to. Youve lost a customer... Get it together.
