Staff were very helpful and seemed to truly enjoy thier jobs. They have a huge variety of pets to choose from. Store is very clean and well organized so things are easy to find. Very Knowledgeable about pets gave me some tips for my snakes.
Bring my 2 cats to the groomers 3 times a year. The groomers are professional, talented and friendly. Definitely would recommend to my friends! Great store too for pet supplies and the staff are also helpful, professional and friendly. Only negative is the parking lot (not the fault of the store) on Saturdays and evenings....lot is too small for the volume of customers that use the plaza.
Very clean helpful staff and very well knowledgeable. I would just like to say I've been going here since I was very young. And I've never had such an amazing service then any other pet store. If it's either for a specialized type of animal or even a simple goldfish Big Al's has it for you. They have the newest of products as I have seen them changing their stock and I would just like to say if you want the best pet store in town Big Al's is it. Five stars for the years of fun and learning.
Went to Big Al's to set up the family fish tank. The knowledge of the staff there is top notch. After establishing the tank, we went to a big box pretty store that was closer to where we live. Having been back to Big Al's recently to get another fish, I'm convinced their selection and expertise are the best in the area.
Best pet store ever. Everyone that works there is a champ when it comes to the knowledge needed for almost any kind of pet ownership. Always a cool place to go for all of your pet needs. Keep up the good work
