I was just in there with my 09 Kia Spectra I hadn't had an oil change in 4 years it was a terrible experience for the staff however they didn't complain for a second nor were they disrespectful to me in any way for the blatant neglect of my vehicle. They were kind respectful and knowledgeable they got it done very quickly excellent service 10/10 and you made a lifelong customer thank you guys!
I was in other day for the oil change..went to my mechanic today he pulled dirty ail filter which they didn’t inform me..my tyres were low they didn’t bother filling them up and on top of that they forgot to reset my dash..good thing they give you free car wash

After 19 years of getting all my fluid changes at this location, today they refused to do my oil change. I wanted to use my own Mobil 1 oil and filter as was my usual but they wanted me to use their oil and filter stating that they had had a problem with using customers oil and filters in the recent past. isn't it more likely that the problem was not caused by the products but the staff installing them and the problem could easily be repeated regardless of the products installed?
I got an oil change with Penzoil and was impressed. Their Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic oil kept my engine purring. The techs were knowledgeable and efficient. Although prices are a bit steep, the quality and warranty made it worth it. If you've got a newer ride, Penzoil's a solid choice.
