First come first serve... no appointments? Absolute joke, kept me waiting for a simple fix while customers had dropped their car off and left. Very disappointing experience.
Very bad service, they asked to clean the AC filter as they claim they found a mouse nest inside the car, since then the fan is making a very loud sound. They also broke the windshield water pump hose for the rare side. They will never take the responsibility for anything they are doing and they will easily ask you to pay more to fix their mistakes. Will never go there again. Avoid going there.
Mr Lube in toronto messed up my wheel balancing. But in this location they re did it for free even though the Toronto location didn't send me an invoice. Amazing staff, have nothing to complain.
My experience with this place was horrible. I have been there now 3 times and each time they have told me I needed this and needed that. I paid all of this money to find out I was being ripped off this entire time. They told me I needed a new washer fluid sprayer and even charged me for “flushing it out” and still said afterwards I would need a new one. Then I go to the dealership I bought the car from…not only did they show me how to work the washer sprayer for the back (Mr. lube lied about) but showed me that I didn’t need ANY of the things that Mr. Lube charged me for. I feel ripped off. Each time I went in they charged me for more and more. Told me I needed brakes and now I find out I don’t need anything at all!!! The washer fluid works but Mr lube told me it was broken and I needed a new one!! And here I almost bought one from them too and nope it always worked. This place should not only be ashamed of this scandalous behaviour of taking advantage of a young single mother that doesn’t know much about vehicle stuff. I feel betrayed. Embarrassed and now I’m out all of this money for literally NOTHING!!!
