Have used their services a couple of times and during my most recent service due to a fluke accident my oil pan broke during a routine oil change. The mechanic took full responsibility and helped fix the issue with no cost to me and also provided a rental untill my car was fixed. They also did the oil change and tire rotation free of charge. Definitely a company that sticks behind their word.
