I am supposed to have my engagement photos today. I REALLY wish that if my design I Had provided was too much for her, she would have said so. But she took the challenge anyways and butchered it. I left crying, photos cancelled and a new appointment elsewhere. I paid over 90 dollars for this terrible job. I brought a design I drew out on paper that merged two designs from photos I had for inspo. I figured that would be better than trying to explain what I wanted, but even that was too much. Pinh globbed on very messily and quickly the bio gel. It dripped everywhere as she packed it on. I figured it would be grinded down and smoothed out after it cured. It is still super lumpy. The pinky on my right hand looks grown out by a week and I just got them done today. There was supposed to be an oblong circle around the triangle, but as she was struggling with it I told her that if it is too much, just leave the triangle. At this point, only my right had had the circle. She did one triangle on my left hand. I figured she was going to fill in the rest of the triangles as you see, because that is exactly what I had drawn. She then moved on to my right hand and began a top coat on the circle, to which I repeated myself and asked her to remove the circle and just leave the triangle. It was removed and a triangle added. Let it cure she moved back to my left hand, and began top coat. I stopped her again and I said no, there are three triangles in the one triangle as a whole. I showed. Her a photo I pulled up. So she began making it the three that you see. Then onto the other hand she did the same, and began topcoat before I stopped her again because they weren’t filled in. Mind you I had already given up on the shape because they are both inconsistent. I just wanted to get the hell out of there at this point. The only decent nails on this set are the thumbs but that seems to be more the speed of this place. Personally if I were in the nail business for 20 years I would learn new techniques and play around with it. If i felt a design was too complicated for me, I would ask if there was something else we could try. I wouldn’t be globbing gel on, I’d be making sure the nail surface was smooth and not lumpy. I’d find ways to make sure there was precision. If I had nail stickers that were triangles I would put them together as a base to trace the gold on top of, or mask the lines to get better precision. For a price like this I would expect smooth nails and clean edges at the bare minimum. Now I have a new appointment today elsewhere that is going to fix these nails that I’ve been bawling my eyes over. I will never be going back here again.

This place is awful!!! I paid $50 for a Fill and $55 for Peficure. I was charged $8 for filing.. I was shocked when I was told $113. It wasn’t even a good job and I was hesitant on having a man do my nails. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!?

I called last minute when my regular technician double booked me at a different salon. They were able to take me. The technician did a fabulous job on my gel fill in. She was courteous and redid one of my nails when it didn't set right. I didn't even notice! But her attention to detail was great. I would definitely recommend this salon

Went to P & A for the first time today, hoping for a regular shellac manicure. I left feeling disgusted by the lack of basic cleanliness and dissatisfied with the quality of job. Cleanliness: I was sat at a dirty nail table. It had a dirty wet towel and nail/polish dust from a previous customer on the towel and on the table. Nail person completed another customer's pedicure (no use of gloves seen) and came directly over to me and started doing my nails. No hand washing in between services and customers. Non sterilized tools were used on me (nail clippers and cuticle tool) as I watched nail person take these from a drawer, and not out of a sterilized container as most places do. Nail person coughed multiple times and blew nose (understanding we are human and cough and blow our noses) but proceeded to do my nails - no hand washing. Nail person used nail file to brush away nail and nail polish dust from previous customer (it was a different colour than my polish that was removed) off of table and then proceeded to use it on me. Quality of job: Painful shellac removal, using drill only, no use of acetone or soaking of my nails. Quick and sloppy filing of my nails. I asked for a solid colour accent on top of the base colour - they did not have the colour but agreed to do it and offered a sparkle polish, I declined and asked for another solid colour. She began with the other colour, which was not what I wanted. I asked her to remove the accent she had already completed before getting too far into the work. She half removed it and painted over it. You can see the polish she aimed to remove very clearly underneath the top polish and coat. The "massage" was maybe 30 seconds per hand - perhaps even less. She was clearly in a rush to service another customer, however did say to me she hopes to go home early. Service was $40. I urge anyone who is looking to get there nails done (even the most basic of a job) to strongly consider going elsewhere.

WORST FIX/ FILL EVER !!!! I walked in with a. Chipped toe nail and came out with my toe looking worse then I walked in with . The lady “filled” my acrylic in all bumpy and left residue under my toe nail and kept rounding the circles after being repeatedly asked to sharpen the corners . She then tried painting them to which was lumpy and ALL OVER MY CUTICLE! I asked her to fix it and it looked like my 3 yr old niece had attempted to do my toe . As u can see in the “fill” my cuticle is all filled with white polish and that’s after she “took it off”. She then proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the “colour” and the fill . I had asked her to take it off after she messed it up I was not paying for that . I’m a very patient person and could understand if she did NOT have my other toe as a reference but I showed her it 4 times in the 15 mins I was there asking for her to fix what she had done to match it and that’s how I left . I’m not sure how they have ppl who clearly do not know anything about nails working there let alone fixing them for walk ins . I wasted my time and will never be going there again . Who knew painting a toe white could be such a hassle But maybe if something that simple is so difficult for her she shouldn’t be the one assigned to my nails. I wish I had taken a picture of the nail with paint on it was sore in the eyes . I didn’t think I’d be more happy with a tiny chunk out then I would be with this women’s work . I would not recommend this place at all , my niece at least knows what shape “square” is

I went to this nail salon on a Saturday to try to relax with my husband. It was a horrible experience..we were expecting to wine down and relax for a decent amount of time. The pedicure lasted 20 minutes.. did not clean and cut nails properly...1 minute worth of massage on both our feet. We felt extremely rushed and did not enjoy the experience. To top it off 84 dollars for a rushed pedicure? Not worth it this salon needs to close down waste of time.

I got a super rushed and incomplete service. Went here to try a new place and unfortunately I will not be coming back. The lotion that was used was just placed on my hands and not rubbed in at all, same with my feet. I was sliding around in my sandals. My nails are clumpy and do not cover the entire nail. The nail polish on my toes folded up on my toes the day of my pedicure. There is no attention to detail and rather than being a nice, relaxing experience before going on my vacation, it was a stressful, rushed process with sloppy results.
