I’ve been a loyal client of Cathy’s for years, and there’s a reason I won’t go anywhere else. She’s gentle, meticulous, and genuinely cares about her clients. Every set she does is flawless, and she makes me feel comfortable and cared for each visit. If you want someone who truly takes pride in their work, Cathy is the one!
Very good at what they do but their very rude, especially when i was just there the lady was very rude to me and she cut my hands twice and I was bleeding and she’s didn’t clean up the blood and it was bad!! Then she asked for a tip, I was paying in cash. I gave them how much it cost then she took the extra five dollars right out of my hand very rude was not happy. Yes they’re very good at what they do but they need to be more nice to their customers. I don’t snatch money out of my hand next time I’m there if I ever go there again, probably not wouldn’t recommend it
Terrible job. Left my nails looking huge and she applied a very thick layer. Made my nails look wider than they already are. The color choice was not the best either
I would not have given even 1 star but I had to for the sake of a review. Do not go here !! They gave me a lady who is supposedly the owner and the pictures speak for themselves. I called the business immediately after leaving because my nails began to chip with huge divits in them. They said I could come back in and they would fix my nails but told me it was because I didn't sit under the dryer for an hour. Ridiculous. I broke out from their wax, still have hair on my lip, lop sided brows and overall look awful 0 stars. Take my warning. I did not go back to get them to do anything and will never return. My cuticles HURT!!!!!!
This was my first visit. The salon is clean, and the staff were pleasant. They accommodated my request to bump my appointment up by 30 min, which I appreciate. That’s where the positives end for me. I’m really disappointed with my nails. I had extensions put on 3 weeks ago (out of town) I went to Deloux for a fill. My nails are now shorter than my natural nails were when I got there. I asked for the extensions to be trimmed but they are SO short. Essentially, I’ve paid a lot of money (the initial cost of the extensions and the fill) to have very short nails, which I could have had for the cost of a regular manicure since my nails weren’t super long to begin with. The tech did not ask me about what shape I would like my nails to be, and made them very square which I’m not a huge fan of. She was also rough at times with the filing, which doesn’t make for a very pleasant or relaxing experience. While my nails don’t look bad, they are not what I wanted. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not be back.
The lady who did my nails spoke absolutely no english which made communicating really difficult... She shaped my nails without even asking me what i wanted. And the results are not that great, i have nail polish all around the cuticles on my nails... overall definitely wont be coming back here.
I can't say enough good things about this nail salon! I have been a regular for over a year, going every 3 weeks for a fill in (acrylic nails). All the staff are wonderful. I love my nails every single time I have gone. They always make sure the costumer is satisfied! The owner Kathy is very approachable and friendly, as are all of the staff
