I had the pleasure of visiting Sturgess Cycle during the Triumph Scrambler Day event. Even though I wasn’t officially confirmed for the demo rides, the team welcomed me warmly, offered me a gift card, and even invited me to return anytime for a test ride. To be honest, I was initially unsure about attending, wondering how the local biking community might treat someone like me (Indian)—but I was genuinely moved by how inclusive and kind everyone was. There was absolutely no prejudice, just pure passion for motorcycles. A special shoutout to Derek, who took the time to gave me a full tour of the inventory both new and used bikes, and the service department and even let me sit on my dream motorcycle—the Triumph Rocket Storm GT. He went above and beyond by providing me with a detailed price quote, financing options, and even some helpful insights on insurance. They also have an amazing selection of apparel and riding gear, definitely worth checking out. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I truly recommend anyone looking to buy a motorcycle—or simply experience genuine biker hospitality—to visit Sturgess Cycle. I’m hopeful that one day soon, I’ll be back for my dream ride.
I am in the process of choosing my next motorcycle, Triumph is an excellent brand with plenty of models, I am very pleased with the staff, sales in particular, their approach in helping me with plenty of information and the opportunity to ride the motorcycle is very important for me, very acomodating and I have a sense of freedom to choose.
I have been buying Motor Bike parts from Sturgess for years and have always received excellent service. Today, while loading my Old ATV for next week's vacation, the electric start didn't work so I went to Sturgess for assistance (possibly a new battery). After a quick and friendly Voltage Check, we determined that the battery was OK and perhaps the starter or another component may be malfunctioning. Not an immediate big problem, as it has a manual pull cord starter also. (Gotta Love Old School!) In summary, another satisfying visit to Sturgess Cycle!
Brought my vehicle for a safety inspection/certification and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service. The 2 mechanics I dealt with were amazing, I had to bring my motorcycle earlier in the day before my appointment due to my work schedule and they were happy to accommodate. A couple hours later I got a call from Dylan saying my motorcycle passed and was good to go. Dylan told me I could come by anytime to pick it up after I finished work. When I came by I had a few other questions about my new purchase and some parts/upgrades I was looking into. Dylan took some extra time with me to explore options and walk me through what work would have to be done. I really appreciated his time and willingness to walk me through the next steps. He also gave me a few recommendations and said I could always just stop by or give them a call if I had more questions. Not every mechanic/dealership will take this extra time. I’m very thankful that Dylan looked after me, and I’ll definitely be coming back!! Thanks again Dylan, cheers.

AMAZING shop to take your motorcycle for repair. Ian is a miracle worker that gets repairs done so quickly and perfectly that you would be shocked because it would feel like he just brought the bike in. During busy times like these, if you need quick repairs it would take a little bit of time to see them but it is worth every single minute you spend there. Paul is another service guy that showed great customer service. Even the store front staff have been nothing but friendly and informative. I recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks for your help
