I heard good things about them but almost 3 weeks to do a simple tire change and 3 point oil change is completely unacceptable! However that said Jay apologized and they did some extra work on the bike to make certain it’s in even better shape!
I have been storing my 2017 Street Glide Special at Pools for a few years now, Great staff always friendly. Never had issues with waiting or not being looked after. They have done all maintenance and service work on the bike as well upgrading some items. Always gave me good advice as far as add on"s go.
Every time I visit this establishment, I am consistently disappointed by the poor customer service. It is disheartening that they do not prioritize the happiness and satisfaction of their customers. Fortunately, there are numerous alternative options available for purchasing motorcycles.

I went there today, August 30th, I was in the showroom for about 30 minutes looking at upgrading my bike. I was sitting on the bike that I liked and no one came up to me to ask if I needed help with finding anything or offer me any information regarding the motorcycle that interested me. I can't even say their service is bad, because I didn't get to experience any service from any of the employees there. I was the only one in the showroom except for one other individual who was also no getting helped by anyone.
Stopped in for some stock parts, they had them and had a decent price, I'll be back for other stuff I am sure, friendly people and I'm glad I stopped in.
