My family has come here for years to celebrate birthdays or holidays. The family that owns it is absolutely lovely. The food is delicious and filling. They make you feel at home. We will continue to come for however long they're there.
Awful and embarassing experience as my mom is a chef, food was not fresh, fatoush salad was dowsed in vinegar, the chicken wings were deplorable and $20 at that they were microwaved at best. $100 bill for me and my mom for what should have been lunch could have got a nice filet mignon at a fancy restaurant for that price. Atmosphere was very bland and basic. Highway robbery, will not be coming back.
Mom and pop shop dedicated to serving delicious tasting food. Authentic and fresh made to order lunch and dinner meals. The location was not so busy however they have a few other locations that are apparently more busier. I got the L5 dinner chicken Shwarma rice plate. The homemade Tzatziki sauce was amazing! I ordered one Corona beverage which costed $10. That was a little steep. I would definitely return and recommend to try. The owners were very appreciative.
Very over priced for very small portions of average food. Shawarma was meat in a pita. I was expecting some vegetables or at least onions or sauce for the price. Sad - I was looking forward to this!
I recently visited Montfort Mediterranean Grill in Ancaster to pick up an order, and unfortunately, I had a deeply unsettling experience. When I arrived, the young man behind the cash register, who appeared to be a family member of the owner, did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. After I politely asked if he worked there and mentioned that his customer service could use improvement, he reacted unexpectedly. He became upset, raising his voice and speaking aggressively. I was taken aback by the outburst and felt very uncomfortable. As I was leaving, the situation escalated when he moved toward me in a threatening manner. He threatened to assault me and continued with verbal assault and threats. I never once threatened him. He was a young guy and I knew he was full of anger. I used to be like that, so I just tried to keep my distance but he kept approaching me. Thankfully, other employees intervened and stopped him, but the scene had already caused other customers, including families, to leave the restaurant abruptly. While I chose not to involve the authorities, the incident left me shocked. I had simply come to pick up an order, but I felt unsafe. I would advise others to be cautious when visiting this location.
Love ordering from here. Food is always delicious and the lady who owns it (I think she does) is so super nice and accommodating. Always a smile and makes sure our meal is exactly what we ordered.
Thank you for a wonderful Valentine's day dinner! Took order in advance and smooth pick up process. Food was well packed, hot and very delicious. Definitely was worth the trip to go pick up this meal.
