all the employees are always more then happy 2 , take care of you and your order 10 out of 10 would recommend food never disappoints always on point … what else is there to say ..?
I went to Lazeez for the first time to try it out. I let the staff know I wanted a full meal so he told me to get the platter. He let me pick my salad type and spice level and then told me to pay. I was looking at the toppings option by the debit machine and then I am standing and waiting to be asked what I’d like on my meal and they say it’s bagged and ready on the other side. I had just finished a long day at work so I grabbed it and went. I didn’t receive a single topping on my platter. I was given only rice and chicken and no potatoes or fries that are supposed to be included. They rushed it along to get out of me adding any extra toppings and has it tied up in a bag before I could even do anything. The food itself was okay but there wasn’t any sharwarma flavour in the chicken and the garlic sauce here is too sweet for my taste. I will not be back as there are much better shawarma places around.
I always love the chicken on the rocks from lazeez. But this time I ordered a chicken on the rocks buy one get one free from Uber Eats. As I was eating my food, a fly crawled out from the rice and flew out. The fly was buried in the rice, I’m assuming while the food was being prepared. The fly was definitely in the rice as it was barely flying as it was covered in oil, and had just been microwaved for 2.5mins. I was so freaked when I saw it come out of the rice and tossed both of the containers of food immediately, as I cannot know if the food is safe to eat anymore!!
Excellent service! Really appreciate the worker going the extra mile to keep my veg-only falafel wrap truly vegetarian, even cleaned the grill and changed gloves twice. Really appreciated!
Only location I've been to that serves breaded fries. No other locations do this. I'm gluten free. So it ruined my lunch. Was not able to eat. Thanks guys
We live in Ottawa, and a group of four of us was really hungry, so we decided to eat shawarma. The staff was very nice and prepared the shawarma for us. We loved it! We ordered one chicken shawarma and one falafel, and both were amazing, but the falafel was particularly delicious. Thank you! Whenever we come back to Hamilton, we will definitely return to enjoy it again.
Bro I don't believe any review I see here no disrespect. I wonder why when you buy late night food they offer buy one get one free. It's because it's either stale or not done right. Yall have no taste don't yall see thats not even shawarma chicken or beef it's grind up more like ground beef. No seasoning it's bland and disgusting. I order chicken on the rocks with additional beef, all I got was grounded beef and you can taste the geera or what ever they use and no other flavor. And better yet I order from Uber th3 additional beef cost 9 dollars ( no taste) and they only give me $5 refund for restaurant tasteless food.
