Food portion is super small for $15 (mediterenian bowl-very shallow bowl). I should have gone to montford at centremall where i get 4x the portion for same price. I did enjoy the 6 falafel for $3.99. Chicken was also salty? Unfortunately,this is my first and last time here. It was close to my drs appt and i ddnt have time to find a place that is nearby and can serve quick food as i had an appt.
I recently ordered from Bosporus Donair and tried the chicken gyro bowl along with the lamb grilled burger. The food came quickly, which I appreciated, and the flavours were actually quite good. The chicken gyro bowl was tasty but the portion was on the small side and there was barely any chicken in it, which was disappointing. The lamb grilled burger had nice seasoning, but the patty was very overcooked so it wasn’t as enjoyable as it could’ve been. Even with those issues, the overall experience was still decent, and I would give the place another try.
We have lived close by for years now and finally gave it a try today. The food was really good, good portion, the gravy on our poutine was very tasty. Had a good atmosphere, And the girl serving us was very nice. Will be returning.
Very nice staff and atmosphere. But unfortunately the food is sub par. Lacking amount of sauce, fries had little gravy on it, and the fries tasted reheated.
This was a pleasant discovery. The owners have a wonderful store and Cafe. The food is affordable and very tasty. We have had their lentil soup (available on weekends), hummus dip and chicken donair bowl. All were excellent. And to finish things off, a beautiful Turkish coffee. You can pick up orTurkish products for your own kitchen after a good meal.
Food was good but being forced to tip 18-25 percent at the machine is enough to make me never return. I worked through the pandemic and no one is tipping me. Plus does the tip go to the employee or the owner? Im not used to tipping at a fast food shop, is it this way because the owner is underpaying the staff and it’s expected customers will make up the difference? I’m not interested in tipping everyone everywhere I go, I can’t afford to. I’ll pass on this place in the future as take out is getting more and more expensive, people will simply eat out less and less.
It was good, nice to see the Donair on something other than a wrap, could be a bit more meat in the pita. I'll go back and try other menu items. Nice clean place, nice people.
