They tried to charge me over $100 for a test that my husband got for free, multiple times. We have the same insurance so there's no reason I should be charged extra.
Literally was just on a call. And the lady who received was not at all engaging and she was just in a rush to hang up the call. She didn’t even let me finish all of my questions. Worst service ever.
I was in and out in 12 mins, the staff was very friendly and professional (Mrs. Feline). I said I was scared of needles and she did it very easy and I didn’t feel any pain. Place was very organized and clean, staff were wearing gloves and gowns. I came early in the morning so its just me and this guy waiting. Definitely going to come back again here

Came in for bloodwork and an ECG, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Every time I get bloodwork done nurses have a hard time getting my vein, usually takes multiple pokes and sometimes even switching arms, but the lovely nurse got it first try! So quick and painless! The office is simple and clean, and all the staff were polite and friendly.
Came here to get bloodwork and an ECG because of good reviews. Didn't have to wait for long, which was nice, but the receptionist was rude unfortunately. The lady who actually ran my tests and took my blood was very kind, and I felt quite comfortable. They didn't have gowns for people though and it was a tad run down....I don't really think this is their fault; most likely just a funding issue. I'd still recommend it since the nurse was nice and it was quick and they got my difficult vein on the first try (NEVER happens).
I’ve been going to this lab for a few years now. The staff has always been professional and very friendly. Even when there may be big line ups, the wait is not that long as the line moves quickly.
