I went to Dynacare for a blood test, and Aseel was the one who helped me. She was incredibly kind, professional, and so gentle that I didn’t even feel any pain! I really appreciate how caring and friendly she was — she made the whole experience so comfortable. The location wasn’t busy, and all the staff were welcoming. Thank you, Aseel, for your amazing work!
Edit to replay to them: I used to have an account and paid for it a while ago. But same services and even more are provided by Lifelab for free. Money grabber this place! Refuse to let you have a copy of your results unless you pay! Every other doctor’s office, lab they provide that to the patients free of charge. Would not recommend this place!
Dr. Qassem made my experience here exceptional. He’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He’s the main reason I truly love coming to this place.
I don't know if I can say enough nice things about the staff at this location. Nadine especially was so ridiculously patient with my frightened child. (We are talking HOURS of patience!!!) If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Thank you for being a wonderful team and helping us get it done! <3
Excellent visit. Karen H is so pleasant to deal with. Give her a well deserved raise. I was having a hard time this morning & felt better after I left. I know you guys probably see a lot of people in & out of there but Karen was excellent today. My mom just died of cancer last week so her kindness meant a lot to me. I have come to this location a few times now and I find I am always seen within a reasonable time frame. I also like how they give you an expected wait time so you have a general idea how long you might be waiting. Friendly & efficient staff !
The place was packed today, waiting time was 1 hour. All the staff are friendly, they ask each person how are you today? With smiling faces, answer each patient nicely in the midst of that busy crowd they were professional and keep their smile. My nurse was Gitta very sweet person and she did an amazing job Kudos to all the staff ???? Next time I will go earlier ( 6:50) to stand in line Doors open at 7 am Will finish earlier ??
