I highly recommend nurse Marivic. She is excellent. I went today for a complete blood panel and it required a lot of blood. I didn't even feel the needle. She is fantastic and I'll be coming here and requesting her for any future tests.
Putting a notice on your door that you are closed for the day with no indication on your website or phone reception is completely unacceptable. Patients aren't coming here for fun, they're coming for a reason and it's often quite an undertaking to get them there. Not to mention time sensitive in some cases. Absolutely ridiculous.
Lovely experience. Online check in said ~35 mins so I was able to run an errand on the way and have only a few minutes wait when I got there. Convenient location with free parking. Phlebotomists were very pleasant and the blood draw was seamless.
I can’t say I was happy about the long wait time — that part was frustrating and something the clinic should improve. But at the same time, I truly appreciate the effort of the staff member who was working single-handedly. Even though she had to manage everything by herself, she kept the process very organized. Patients went to their rooms in proper order, based on their turn and their priority, without confusion. On top of that, she was very kind and respectful. She greeted every person with a warm “good morning” or “how are you?” when they arrived, and when they left, she always wished them a good day. That kind of dedication and attitude is really valuable for our community, and I admire the way she managed to keep things professional and pleasant despite being alone.
The best experience I've had at a clinic. These ladies are professional, fast and very responsive to your needs. I've had blood work done here routinely during my pregnancy and furthermore, and everytime they've been super attentive and friendly. Needle in, needle out. Quick and painless. Highly recommend.
Two lab technicians attempted to draw my blood several times at the same arm site, causing significant pain and trauma to the site. Despite this, my bloodwork was ultimately canceled because the specimen was compromised or insufficient! I’ve had numerous blood tests over the years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. These lab technicians at this location are clearly incompetent!
Always rude, the only reason I choose this location is due to shorter wait times. This visit however was for glucose monitoring, and they were 15 minutes late to take 2nd round, and then 10 minutes early for the 3rd because they were rushing to get to their lunch. Since this test is supposed to have blood drawn at each hour mark I imagine I’ll have to have these tests redone and take another day off work to accommodate. Very displeased.
