We went in with a party of 10, including 4 children. The AC was clearly not working on the hottest day of the year. We waited 10 minutes for a table and 1.5 hours for our food. When the food finally arrived they messed up one of the orders. Instead of apologizing and making a new meal, the waiter suggested the person switch meals with someone else at the table. I ordered a salad (that is a meal) and got 99% iceberg lettuce. Poor service and when there are so many options, we wont be back.
So yummy! I take my family here and everyone loves the food and service. Highly recommended!
Nice Ambience and Good Food
Had the worst service ever since the renovation. And speaking of the renovation, the place feels smaller and cramped with less searing than before. Ordered mussels and after almost 40mins they still hadnt reached the table. Server proceeded to argue with me about it. Manager didnt have much to say about it. Left with no dinner. In reply to the owners reply, The timeline is as follows Seated at 6:15, app order placed at 6:25, mains order placed at 6:35. Asked server at 6:50 when the mussels would arrive, was told it takes time but soon. Asked again at counter at 7:05 and was told that they needed time to cook and again, ended in and argument in which the server told me sure, yeah whatever and thats when we left. No exaggerated timings and spoke to people about It around us. Restaurant was not busy as our entire section was just seated about 15-20 mins after us and waiting to order or waiting for their orders.
A wonderful Italian dinner! Service couldn't be any better. Good sized portions and delicious top of the line Italian desserts! Definitely returning.
