Michael Hill has great customer service and very knowledgeable staff in regards to jewelry.there selection is pretty good. just wish they had more of a selection for certain products.the only complaint I have is I find certain products pretty expensive even when they're on sale.. I understand a business has to turn a profit but some are just way to expensive for what you get.how ever I still managed to find a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend at this location. had lots of help from staff making everything perfect for this occasion. thanks a bunch!

The lovely assistant who helped us was funny and she went above and beyond. Now maybe you're thinking "of course she went above ans beyond, she was making a jewelry sale!" Well ACTUALLY she didn't - I liked my current wedding band but the white gold kept fading so i wanted to look for a yellow gold one. Seeing that I really loved my current band and was a bit saddened that I was looking for a replacement, the sales associate suggested they could turn my current white gold into a yellow gold ring by buffing it! She coyld have totally got me to spend 100's of dollars on a new ring but instead worked with my current ring. That made me so happy and i am very thankful for her!!
My fiance and I went ring shopping at this store where we met Lisa. Lisa was one of the friendliest people we have met behind a jewlery counter; she went above and beyond all our expectations. We went in to browse get and idea of what we liked and could afford; Lisa was more than happy to bring our any ring we liked and also show us ones within our budget that were similar. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured into buying something and we were in the store for quite some time! She gave us every detail and option out there and truly made our experience a fantastic one! My fiance ended up going back to purchase a ring we liked and after he gave it to me he continued to rave about Lisa and her excellent customer service with him and how she took the time to explain things he didnt quite understand! If you go to limeridge mall I highly recommend you speaking with Lisa she was truly excellent!
Wrong wedding band was ordered for me. I went to Michael Hill to purchase wedding bands for myself and my Fiance, after trying a bunch on I finally found one that I loved and put a deposit on one that I think my fianc would like. When I went back a few days later to show my fianc the ring nobody at Michael Hill could even find the ring I put "on hold" which should have been a red flag for me. Regardless I got my money back for his missing ring and went on to place the order for my ring... in WHITE GOLD. After 6 long weeks of waiting for my ring I went into the store to check on the status (1 week before my wedding). Suzanne who sold me the ring went to get my order for me and when we opened the bag the ring it was in ROSE GOLD. Not only was the wrong ring ordered, but Suzanne blamed me saying "that's what you ordered". My engagement ring is white gold so of course I ordered a white gold band to match. Never in my life have I had service like that, mistakes happen I get it but to blame the customer is disgusting. NEVER going here again, worst customer service. I ended up getting a ring 3 days before my wedding elsewhere thank god. Definitely didn't need that stress the week of my wedding.
The sales lady Suzzana was very pushy. Felt like she wanted to sell the most expensive items to profit her commission. Customer service actually made me feel very uncomfortable. If I asked to look at something that wasn't expensive enough in her opinion she literally laughed and made fun of less expensive items. Also she put a display box on top of the glass display case and when I moved it to look into the display case she moved it back several times as I continued to move it so I could see to select my choices to view, she argued saying it was store policy to have it in case you drop an item. Funny I've been in many jewelry stores in my life and in this mall, never had this problem or such bad customer service.
