Currently having financial complications due to lack of proper information on purchase date.Had interest charges on my first month bill which was not what I had signed up for, now Ive been charged interest on 7 months of bills because my promotion plan defers to what I was told in store.Could be looking at an additional $1,000 on top of my original purchase now.Update: charges were reversed and I am not stuck with the extra charge anymore.
I bought a watch at Ashley's a few weeks ago, my overall experience was excellent. Buying a watch is a long process: you research the piece you initially think you want, try it out, think about it, try it out some more, try out different models, think some more, and finally you purchase it. Ashley's - and more particularly Matt - was great throughout the entire process. We chatted about watches via email, he let me try out a variety of different pieces, never did the "salesman" pitch, and was patient, which made the overall experience wonderful. I'm currently looking for a 40th birthday watch and will definitely go back to Ashley's.
Love love love Ashley Jewelers. I don't trust anyone else with my jewelry... Especially my watches. I took my father's 40 year old Omega watch there to have it repaired and they had it back to me very quickly especially when you consider that they had to send it out. The sales people are friendly.
