First time I went to this store and ordered Mango Fiesta Ice cream. Best flavor I ever had. The staff was very friendly. Next time I will try something too. Recommended place.
This location has The worse costumer service, the lady works there she is too rude and unprofessional eventually she doesn’t know how to behave with costumers I am not recommending this location for any body
I stopped by this location earlier in the evening and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they were so patient while my family & I were indecisive about which icecream to choose. They offered great recommendations that made the decision much easier for us. The icecream itself was some of the best I ever had.. it tasted so fresh and creamy. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, which honestly shocked me compared to how it used to be. That’s when I learned they’re under new management, and you can truly see the difference in the quality, cleanliness, and friendliness of the place. 10/10 service, my family and I will be coming to this location from now on
I showed today for my birthday treat of a free ice cream like I have the last 4 years... Instead I got a lesson in corporate red tape and terrible customer service. Marble Slab, this year, has switched from an e-mailed coupon to now you have to redeem through their app. Since I don't have an ice cream shop's app 7 days before my birthday, there was "nothing they could do". To contrast, the same thing happened with Starbucks a few years ago and their response was "here's your drink for this year and now you know for next year, Happy Birthday!" Marble Slab, not that you care about a customer experience, but how do you think mine went today at your location? Do you think you made my birthday better or worse where I took the time to come to you and you hid behind corporate bureaucracy - do you think you are a business I want to now go to more or less?
Just had a very negative experience with a super snarky staff member here. Also not very pleased to see the store is now not allowing customers to get their own products out of the fridge the staff has to handle it for you. This place is overpriced. Fluctuations in the temperature of the freezer do not change whether a customer opens it or a staff member opens it
Had the worst ice cream at this marble slab location. The ice cream tasted overly frozen. The toppings were even worse . Marshmallows were crunchy and the brownie had a bitter taste to it. They need to take better care in ensuring the quality of ice cream they serve.
Was pretty disappointed with my first visit. $17 for two small ice creams that had no flavor whatsoever. Two different flavors. The only flavor is in the toppings. It also melted almost immediately in brisk 20 degree weather which I found strange. Also as someone else pointed out, all the reviews for this place seem to be fake from 1 family with the same last name?
