We ordered an ice cream cake on short notice, and the Br team especially Diya and Nensi handled everything professionally and upto the confectionary standards in a short span. Communication was clear thorough and in person.Cake's quality exceeded expectations.The ice cream cake was beautifully presented, well-balanced in flavor, and delivered on time. The texture held up perfectly, even during cutting and serving. Overall, excellent service with quick turnaround and a high-quality product. The ice cream cake was delicious, fresh, and visually appealing. Very satisfied . Highly recommended.
I love Baskin Robbin’s and worked there myself years ago and were taught to never touch the cone with my bare hands! Server here picked up the cone after touching almost every surface and handling cash! I was very disappointed and didn’t even eat my sprinkle waffle cone that I was looking forward to. Please teach your staff how to handle cones and wash hands after handling cash! Please and thank you!
UPDATE: the owner responded to my review from Dec 1st saying to visit the store and they’ll replace the ice cream. I am impressed that BR did the right thing! On Dec 1, 2023 purchased 3 x prepacks. They didn't taste like they usually do. It appears they were completely melted then frozen again as all the caramel/nuts were on the bottom and the ice cream had lots of ice. Unfortunately it was late when I discovered this and didn't bother taking it back. At the time I thought it was weird that the prepack freezer was empty in the store...I guess the ice cream was sitting out for too long. Why does nobody care about doing a proper job these days! I'm done with BR as they must have known the ice cream was left out of the freezer too long but didn't care and sold it anyway.
Pricey but my favorite ice cream of all time. Tastes creamy and delicious. If u ever get online coupons u NEED to print out...downfall that they don't accept from phone.
I love the ice cream here. I wish they had the pumpkin cheesecake, the flavour of the month. Maybe we will get to try it next time. Yum! Also, the staff here are friendly and patient.
Scoops are smaller than other locations, but yet more expensive? Staff are not personable, basically just want you in and out. Cake that I picked up from freezer had ice on it, tasted a little off compared to other cakes I have gotten from other locations. Will be giving my business to the other Hamilton location, who gives much bigger scoops.
This location sucks!!! Every time I come here they NEVER EVER have the "FLAVOUR OF THE MONTH"!!!!! This month (August) the flavour of the month is Oreo cheesecake, but I went in on the 4th and they said it was "sold out" but that they ordered more.....Went back on the 7th - same story. The12th - still sold out! The 18th - SAME STORY/EXCUSE!!!! I don't believe they ever had ANY OF THIS "FLAVOUR OF THE MONTH" what-so-ever!!! SO DISAPPOINTING!!! The OREO CHEESECAKE is advertised all over the T.V. but this location obviously can't be bothered to sell anything that's advertised!!!!!! I'm looking into finding out if the owners of this location own the other Hamilton location.....If they DON'T own the West end location, then I will be driving down there for my ice cream from now on!!!!!
